This weekly group is designed for teen girls who excel in school and activities but feel weighed down by stress, pressure to perform, or perfectionism. Together, we’ll build coping skills, reduce anxiety, and create space for authentic connection beyond grades or achievements.
Expected Outcomes:
Learn tools to manage stress and performance anxiety
Develop healthier self-expectations and balance
Increase confidence and self-compassion
Build supportive peer connections with other high-achieving teens
