Support Group for High-Achieving Teen Girls

This weekly group is designed for teen girls who excel in school and activities but feel weighed down by stress, pressure to perform, or perfectionism. Together, we’ll build coping skills, reduce anxiety, and create space for authentic connection beyond grades or achievements.

Expected Outcomes:

  • Learn tools to manage stress and performance anxiety

  • Develop healthier self-expectations and balance

  • Increase confidence and self-compassion

  • Build supportive peer connections with other high-achieving teens

8 week Support Group for Mothers of Teenage Girls

This group offers a weekly supportive space for mothers navigating the changes and challenges of raising teenage daughters. Together we’ll explore the shifting dynamics of the mother–daughter relationship, learn tools for improving communication, and receive support in reflecting on our own inner worlds. Special attention will be given to the unique experiences of mothers raising teens across cultural backgrounds and expectations. Participants will leave with greater confidence, connection, and compassion for themselves and their daughters. This group will begin when participant capacity (6 participants) is full.

Learning your “YES”! (For teens)

For girls 14-18 years old, this 5 week small group explores and supports young women as they navigate the exciting, but also scary and sometimes confusing landscape of their changing bodies, desires, and guides teens on how to know what feels good. This group talks about sex, and sexual exploitation/abuse; but focuses on supporting teens in developing a connection with their body and awareness to what brings this joy, happiness, and pleasure to better understand consent and make healthy choices when they’re ready.
